This website and its associated services are owned and operated by Zilantix LLC, doing business as (DBA) KosmosCredit. All references to "KosmosCredit," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Zilantix LLC.

01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Zilantix LLC DBA KosmosCredit (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

02 Description of Services

KosmosCredit provides a technology platform for AI-powered credit report analysis and automated dispute generation. Our services include identifying potential inaccuracies in credit reports and facilitating the transmission of dispute letters to credit reporting agencies. Zilantix LLC is a private software and document preparation firm; we are not a credit bureau, legal firm, or financial advisory.

03 SMS Messaging Program

Program Description: The Zilantix LLC DBA KosmosCredit SMS program provides account verification, service updates, and credit repair progress alerts to users who have opted in. Marketing messages may also be sent if specifically consented to.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our shortcode or longcode. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining: To rejoin the SMS program, simply sign up via our website as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@kosmoscredit.com.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Charges: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

04 User Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.
  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are the owner of the credit report being analyzed.
  • Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

05 Fees and Result-Based Pricing

Our pricing model includes a foundation fee and a results-based performance fee ("Pay-Per-Delete"). You agree to pay the fees for the services you purchase. You authorize Zilantix LLC to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts.

06 Disclaimer of Warranties

While we use advanced AI to identify inaccuracies, Zilantix LLC does not guarantee any specific outcome, credit score increase, or the permanent removal of any item from your credit report.

07 Limitation of Liability

In no event will Zilantix LLC or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or services.
