How we collect consent: Users opt-in to our SMS program by checking the designated boxes on our Contact Us form or during the registration/onboarding process.
Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Zilantix LLC DBA KosmosCredit. These messages include account verification codes, critical service updates, and real-time alerts regarding your credit repair progress.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the status of your credit disputes.
"No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties."
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
